All orders are typically processed and energized within 3–5 working days after confirmation.

Delivery Time:

Once dispatched, your order will usually reach you within 3–7 working days across India, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

Tracking Details:

As soon as your order ships, we will email or WhatsApp you a tracking link so you can easily track your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping costs (if any) are clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. We aim to keep these charges as minimal as possible.

Damaged Packages:

If your package appears damaged or tampered with on delivery, please refuse to accept it or contact us within 48 hours along with photos. We will arrange a replacement if necessary.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are complete and correct. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect details.
